During core hours everyone is motivated to work hard; outside of work hours we have many different options to unwind, whether it being having a game of table tennis, playing playstation, eating some candy floss or having a nap! This unwinding gives you time to reset and come back to work, feeling refreshed.

Although we give monthly reviews and set both short-term and long-term targets, these targets aren’t the main motivating factor to our employees; our incentives are.
We recognise both achievements & hard-work and give regular team & indivudual incentives – See below some photos of some of the team enjoying themselves!
Whether it being awarded a box of doughnuts or a trip to New York, we always want the team to stay motivated. We do this by having the motto; “If you look after the team, they’ll look after you”.
We don’t believe in an autocratic leadership style. When the team see the rewards and promotion opportunities we give, everyone will be self-motivated to work hard.
