What is the advantage of using a recruitment agency?

What if the candidate leaves after starting?

We always aim to place candidates for the long term. In the rare case that the candidate did leave, we can either offer a sliding rebate or a free replacement (both dependant upon the timeframe that the candidate left in).

How do you attract suitable candidates?

We have multiple recruitment strategies that we use to find candidates. Each member of staff is given a LinkedIn Recruiter account. We also use our CRM, job boards, X-Ray searching and we also love a referral. We will not give up until we have fulfilled your brief.

What roles do you recruit for?

We have recruiters that specialise across multiple industries within, but not limited to, IT & Engineering, HR & Marketing, Finance & Legal.

How much will it cost me?

You will only be invoiced upon us successfully placing a candidate.

We will do all the sourcing, screening, interview arrangements & referencing (if required) for all the vacancies you give us as part of our standard procedure. We are also flexible in offering you a contingency, retained or embedded solution.

I’ve had bad experiences with recruiters before, what makes you different?

We care about building relationships with both our candidates and clients. We have an in-depth conversation to understand what your ideal company/role looks like and will keep in regular contact with you throughout the interview process.

I require a work permit, can you still find me a job?

Yes! We can help you find either a freelance or permanent job, regardless of your visa status. We have clients that are willing to offer visa support and we also have partners to use for a freelance work model.

I would love to relocate abroad, but I am a little nervous, can you help me?

Of course! We can help you with anything from finding accommodation to visa related issues, or even booking flights. Some of our clients even offer a tailored relocation package to make the process more pain free for you.

Will you ever send my CV without contacting me first?

No! We will only send your CV to clients with your permission after speaking with you about the active vacancy we have in mind for you. We also want to confirm that you think the position would be a good fit.
